Wissam Baaklini is a Computer Science professional and Core Systems & Infrastructure Engineer at Bankmed, specializing in systems engineering, DevOps, and enterprise architecture, where he manages Linux environments and leads automation initiatives. He holds both a Bachelor’s (with distinction) and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from LAU.
A cybersecurity and business continuity professional, Akram holds a BSc in Computer Science (minor: Mathematics) from LAU with distinction. He manages information security GRC & BCDR at Bankmed and authored a published textbook on Theory of Computation. A passionate educator and public speaker, he believes knowledge-sharing is a core value.
